At Patthar, we take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged during delivery or if you receive the wrong item, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return

You may request a return and full refund if:

  • The product was damaged in transit, or

  • You received an incorrect product.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@patthar.in within 4 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and supporting photographs if possible.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address.

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Important Notes

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Requests made after 4 days of delivery may not be eligible for return.
